The motif is an ATM money machine (Automated teller machine).
When you use an ATM to make the cash with drawl, the drawer opens, you take out the money and a service fee is charged. When the drawer is closed, it will lock, and the fee will be removed from your account.
At least one coin is always left inside. This contradiction makes the puzzle fun.
